Cannot connect to the app. Trying to control the device manually is a waste of time. Do not spend the extra money.

I was put off by the negative reviews so I wanted to write an updated one. I was able to log in and create an account on this app so it does work! It took a while though, so be patient.

The app is worse than bad. Unlike others, I got my evasmart to connect, but the problem is that it keeps disconnecting from the app and disappearing so I have to pair it again. When the device does show up, the app/controls are non-responsive. The smart controls were a selling point because this was for our kid’s bedroom and we don’t want to have to walk I while they are sleeping. Should have saved the $ and bought the non “smart” version because this ain’t it…

Don’t waste your money on any of their smart products. Can’t connect to them because their app doesn’t work - can’t connect and can’t even sign up for an account. Completely worthless.

Bought an EvaPolar and was so excited to connect to the app for full functionality, the app won’t let me even sign up/sign in! How am I supposed to even try to pair the cooler?

Just what the title says, does an ok job cooling but don’t waste money on the smart version

I followed the instructions, but the app will not connect to the device. My wifi is working fine. Based on what I’ve read, many people have this issue. Please fix it!

I paid extra to buy the smart cooler which connects to Alexa via an app. No matter what I try, I can’t get the app to connect to my device…so in essence, I wasted the extra money buying the smart device.

Useless piece of junk. The App is an embarrassing failure. Never consider any of your products again. Will feel great when I take a sledge hammer to this ridiculous attempt at a mini swamp cooler. Get some real developers or discontinue the stupid app.

I’ve followed all their instructions. I sent and email and they responded one time requesting a photo. I sent screenshots and photos three times and still no response. I paid extra for the “smart” Version but it doesn’t work.
