Good for nothing, no updates very poor quality

Selling China made items and tarnishing the image built over the years and the impact on the consumer when the app support and customer care support is rubbish, is astonishing. Hopefully you will better of, giving proper support, if not wind up, shattered with experience of doing business with Godrej 😮😮

Very very unreliable device.. Connectivity hardly works at all.. the very purpose of having a camera is defeated.. wanted to capture who was creating havoc on an empty plot outside.. but next day the can had not recorded at all.. when I try to disconnect and re connect, it says connectivity issue despite full wifi and power availability.. extremely disappointing considering I wanted to try an India made device!

It crashes frequently

When connected to same wifi then it works but when run through Mobil data or another wifi then it doesn’t connect. Really frustrating.

On clicking device list nothing is happening . So can’t see camera video ..

Connection failure is prompted every time, pls guide what to do ? I’m getting notifications but unable to check online and notification video as well pls Solve tha issue asap

After I update my ios 14.4.2, app keep showing connection failed. I cant use this application. There no way to contact app developers.
