We need to consult their doctor first then only can visit nearby non even doctor. What if I am comfortable with nearby doctor so unnecessary 1 later of doctor consultation. This is not told when applying. They just say app will have scanner and just need to pay through app. Also even if i try to consult through their doctor then app doesn’t show list of doctors. Rubbish app
They are all good if you need to go for consultation and spend 500 rupees or doing test. The real nightmare starts once you actually try to get the money reimbursed as they do not have cashless hospitalisation. And getting it reimbursed is really like talking to a deaf person. They will keep on asking same documents again and again till you give up.
Easy to use, helpfull and comfortable, it makes consulting doctors easy. Avoiding health issues is ignorable now.
Getting reimbursement is a night mare with them..
These guys are just tapping you in false promises. You will end up listening that this is not covered in your policy. Anyhow they will show your disease which is not covered in their terms and conditions and won’t listen your points. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to consider this, there are far better riders and policies in the market better than even.
Best health cover..I am seriously amazed how it covers eveything..From consulations to tests,scans and admissions..Saves lot of time and money of the cx..Everything is so seamless..No health cover does the kind of stuff even is doing..Will surely disrupt the health cover community soon..
Hi, please don't trust them. It seems like a scam company. I've been a member for 2 years, and I made my first claim for 3,000 rupees 10 days ago, but there has been no update or reimbursement. It's so bad. Don't get fooled.
Im having even office claim for 7.5 lakh.for my wife’s knee surgery they told they cant provide more than 3lakh so we completed the surgery using my personal health insurance and they told if any amount i have to pay after claim form my personal health insurance ,they will cover.First we claimed for hospitalisation bill which was extra from the my personal health insurance claim.but they again again raising query and delayed for 3month and then cancelled.they told after claim settlement we can apply for pre and post hospitalisation but now they are telling time up.we cant claim. dont use or recommend anyone.they are fraudulent.
This is by far the most user friendly and modern app. Pretty easy to understand and use the app. Scanner works perfect and I can easily find out nearest cashless hospitals as per my PIN code. Team is available 24/7. Kudos
Good service so far. Good part is they are customer centric. They are continuously adding more features to the app and improving services. Their focus towards managing health is unique.
