The seat is amazing first and foremost…the sensor is ok at its best…tells me my kid has been left behind in many situations( when I’m in the car with them, in my house while I’m getting them out of the seat, when my child is already out of the seat and it’s unclipped, etc)…I think that the sensor needs a bit of an update as my phone will not be connected but my wife’s is…I leave the car to run into a store with her still with the baby and my phone goes off still ( I can see where this could be a potential safety concern)…with that being said the app itself is a nice feature and easy to navigate/setup… just a few things to polish up and a sensor clip that needs more work.

It always beeps. It’s so useless. I leave my baby in his car seat with my wife and walk away to do something and it’s beeping at me. Currently just woke up my toddler from his nap! Horrible app. Horrible experience. I do not recommend for anyone

If you’d like an awful experience download this app. Constant alarm’s for no reason. Wanna throw your phone out the window? Download this app and have it tell you that you left your baby in the car, like a million times, while you’re driving on the freeway, with the baby in the car, trying to not be distracted. Want a million alarms that the baby is 100 degrees? You got it, download the app and let it ring your ear off. So ridiculous.

The app sends so many notifications during our drives. Alerts me that baby is still in car when I’m in the drivers seat literally driving. Alerts me that the clip is buckled when we’re already driving down the road. These are very annoying and is making me want to delete this.

We bought the sensorsafe seat to supplement the car safety however the app user experience is terrible!! 1. The app asks to share location 24x7 and keeps the connection to the sensorsafe clip even when it’s not in use. Does evenflo expect newborns to be buckled to their car seat 24x7? 2. The app asks to fill in the user settings each time you log off and log back in. How difficult would it be for the app to remember user settings? It’s been a while since people have been developing apps!

Uninstalled the app after 1 week due to the constant notifications. I receive frequent notifications that the app is closed and it can’t monitor properly. This happens while we are away from the car and in the house.

Way better then a doona

Bought for the sensor safe tech and says there is an error and I can’t even use it??? Ugh.

Constantly alerted me that the ambient temp was too low. Worse yet, sitting in the front seat and driving, I got alerts every five seconds that my baby was still in the car. I deleted the app immediately. It’s not only distracted but majorly flawed. Even when I put my phone right next to the car seat, it still said the baby was still in the car.
