Can’t change name or NRIC on app, need email them first. But email twice no response. What system u use? No staff working? Long time no login/open app, auto logout for no reason. Loading slow. Some items not same with CATEGORY.

Please fix it. Apps is not function

I already make an acc with everrise. And already logged in but it always and repeatedly asking me to log in but it was never log in.. as if i logged in many times but still not log in yet

Cannot register, cannot log in, cannot use phone number to reset password, cannot register new number, cannot do anything

After login, pop up success shows up but didnt redirect to main page.

I don’t open this app unless I am at Everrise & I don’t remember logging OUT after I left a few weeks ago. But why today when I open the app the app logged me out, AND I HAD TO LOG IN AT THE COUNTER which inconveniences everyone behind me? I don’t have the physical card because I find it a hassle so this app + barcode is good to go tapi kalau ini pun menyusahkan NO NEED saja ok.

OOS items should have been remarked as oos items. When you dont put it oos, people will buy it and then pay for it. At the end, you have to refund the money because the items are not available at store. Everrise refund in voucher form which have problems when we want to use it. And now I need to wait for their “office” to fix it. So long to wait. Please upgrade your system.

The e-vouchers expired earlier than we receive. Sad case.
