Installed the app thinking it would be easier to monitor my account. Have yet to be able to use the app as it away has a log in failed message. Using the same credentials on the full site works just fine.

Customer Service awful

In spite of having an amazingly primitive app with no indication of how you navigate to retrieve usage information, it is often just unavailable for instance when you want to pay your bill. Seems to me you wouldn’t place obstacles in the way of people wanting to pay their bills. This company is a regional monopoly. I feel they should do better. I guess we should just be thankful they’re not leaking all our personal info.

This app never works anymore. Even when it did work, you couldn’t even pay your bill on it if you were paying by credit card. Worthless app. Don’t even bother.

So far this app doesn’t even work. When I try to log in , it claims my account doesn’t exist. Thus I have to use my internet browser and do everything from there.

Unable to sign in and get new password

I keep getting an error message every time I try to sign in.

Started about 3 weeks ago: “An error has occurred, please try again later.” — MFA getting in the way?

Please update the app to allow us to make partial payments instead of having to call and give info over the phone, having a partial payment option would make this app 10x times better! Other than that I’ve had no issues…

App has been rather lousy but it sort of worked. Now that is not the case anymore
