Always ran into problems at every month

I use this app to order food from my workplace cafeteria; I often have to restart my iPhone at least 5-10 times every month to make this app work. Sometimes the price of the pastries is not accurate either ( more expensive) Sometimes the items listed in 1 building cafeteria are listed in the no cafeteria building. Such a pain.

I would give it a 0 if I could. The app wouldn’t even work until I reinstalled it and then when I attempted to place an order it denied my card credentials several times. When adding food it just assumed I was allergic to everything and then started spamming prompts which forced me to relaunch it. After I finally got past that mess it prompted me yet again saying the dining hall is busy (despite letting me order at 7 am) and won’t serve me until 8 am. This is completely useless.

I like the app. It’s convenient. However, people should be able to cancel and order or change the drop off address. Also customer support is extremely slow.

Beginning to think this app is just the face of some scam. Never received some food so I sent in a support request for a refund, message says I will get a response within a day. Two weeks later, the customer service calls me a STRANGERS name, says they issued a refund. That was not my name and I NEVER got the refund. Still waiting on it. Disbuted it w my bank as well. Still nothing else from the support message.Im inclined to beleive that if they called me the wrong name then they also issued a refund to the wrong person. What does it take to get a phone call with support? Or are all of you as nonexistent as the chat people?

There is a programming glitch that keeps knocking me out of the application. As a result I had to sign in multiple time in the past week. I do not recommend this application

This app is very bad. I don’t understand how it’s 5/5 stars. It worked once and now won’t let me order.

Overcomplication ruined my employee discount.

Long story short? I can’t log in. They want to two factor which needs to have something sent to my work email. Something I’ve sent to that email multiple times. An email that has never once appeared. It has to be my work email or else I don’t get the employee discount. It used to be that if I wanted to eat, I went down to the place, swiped my employee badge at checkout, and the discount was manually applied by the staff there. Easy. Simple. Painless. But in rolling out this app, they made it so employee discounts ONLY go through the app. This may be just a business decision related to the company that’s posting their cafe on this app, but to me, it meant that this app has cost me my ability to get meals at work more affordably. And I can’t tell if the issue is my work email, the app, or something else. But it shouldn’t be this complicated. I just want to eat. I’m willing to pay. Ever since the cafe at my job has rolled out, I’ve been unable to give it business purely due to this two factor complication... I’m just going to have to not eat there ever again, I guess? I don’t want to support a company that rolled this out so hastily and for what? So that way they didn’t need to keep the people working on register? This certainly hasn’t provided any ease of experience. It’s just made me starve during my work shift.

Poor Performance

The app has been done for multiple days and support is not responding to payment problems with app. The app is charging for purchases but then erroring out with a message. Although the charges hit my bank account the cashier cannot see the transaction and I have to pay again. This app does not work.

App stuck on basket

Haven been able to use the app in almost two week. Every time I try to order it gets stuck on the basket screen and doesn’t got to check out. It’s been like this for two week. So annoying

Apple not uploading new update

Last update has a glitch. Apple has had a new update for 5 days that they have sent out. Customers can not order food through the app! Very frustrating to deal with. Can someone please escalate the issue or send the update out
