WHAT EVOLUNO OFFERS
The Evoluno platform offers users the following services:
- access to audio capsules and exercises covering a wide range of topics related to mental well-being: stress and anxiety management, positive psychology techniques, control of negative thoughts, development of a positive state of mind, improvement of sleep, etc. There is something for everyone.
- access to assessments to measure different dimensions of your mental well-being and to detect the presence of certain warning signs (burnout, depression, anxiety, etc.).
- access to a network of experts (psychologists, coaches, therapists) selected by us and with whom you can be put in contact in just a few minutes. Sessions with these experts can, under certain conditions, also be paid for by your employer.
