I have been using this app everyyyy day, sometimes twice a day, for the last year and a half and it is my lifeline. There is a meditation for ANYTHING and you always, always feel x100 better after completing a meditation than before. Erika is a ray of much needed light to this world! Your mental health and self love will thank you if you get this app.

Fort off, I do like all of the meditations. For me, I like my meditations to be a little more quiet though. I like to be guided, but not through the entire meditation. I find her speaking through an entire meditation to be a bit frustrating, and distracting. I wish there were more meditations with less talking. It’s hard to actually meditate when someone is talking through the whole thing. It feels like just as soon as I am about to actually get into a zone, her voice comes through, and I’m out of my zone. I understand that she’s trying to motivate you, but I find it to be the opposite unfortunately.
