I am following Puneet’s workout since long time now but it was always on and off. I amusing this app since 2 months now, me and my sister does the workout together and the app is amazing and the workouts are in variations, you can choose what suits you and just begin with it. I knew that Puneet has the potential to do something more but this app is lit. Great job Puneet and team.

It’s a great app . It’s like one stop for mind , body and nutrition. I loved the app . I hope Puneet comes up with something for 60+ aged people so that it can help out parents too . I m very impressed with look and feel of the app .

This is one app which has everything regarding workouts at one place ... be it yoga , nutrition knowledge , best structured workouts , short duration workouts , that too in there best way . Puneet, the coach who has done this all will definitely be one of your best workout partner. I myself has got so much of knowledge from him. Been training with Puneet since 2020 when he began the Instagram workouts and it has been a great journey. This app borrows from all the various workout programs over the years into one comprehensive package. The user interface is great and the content is thorough and extremely easy to follow along. Highly recommended!

This app is amazing in terms of working out. The varieties & quantities of foods recipes is easy to manage the diet plan accordingly. It has everything what we need under one app. Especially gym workouts are just amazing. 10/10 💪👏

This is a comprehensive app where you get everything under one roof with just one plan which is affordable. The app is intuitive and works of so many different modalities but more importantly it has variety of content related to fitness like body weight, edurance training, traditional gym, yoga, medidation and many more. This is the best fitness app I have tried and super happy with the purchase as its value for money.

This app is by far the Best Fitness App in India right now. Really hope that instead of Big corporates like Cult fit acquiring them, they acquire cultfit snd make their app as user friendly as this is.
