I don’t understand how this app just keeps getting worse and worse. QR codes don’t scan properly, phone number is never validate, I really don’t understand what the point of this is. Nothing ever works.

App won’t start the charge, just gives error messages. Support isn’t helpful either. Twice in a week I can’t charge my car.
This is THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! Support NEVER answer calls or messages. Stations already stop charging, always shows an error, the app is TERRIBLE! After unplugged it still charging (your credit card, of course) and is impossible to stop it, app fails, support didn’t answer and they, the owners still getting richest.
Random charges do not give a refund, charging an hour charge 7 hours, customer service does not admit that it is the company's mistake. If all please feel free to check your wallet to avoid being cheated
The app could not find any of the 20 functional stations in the lot I was in and when I tried to scan the QR code on the station the app did nothing at all. When I came back to it later to see if it was a temporary or network issue the app crashed. I just had to use my phone’s built in QR reader and go through the EV Passport website. Just do that and save your phone storage for something useful.
This app is incredibly easy to use and doesn’t require providing sensitive personal information just to charge your car. Apple Pay integration means I can start a charging session in seconds and be kept up-to-date with push notifications along the way.
Attempted to over charge my debit card on 2 occasions. One of the amounts was $980, while the other charge was for $54 Customer service representative was less than helpful and provided no accommodation or solution WHATSOEVER. If you can stay away from this app do so by any means necessary! Use ChargePoint lol
