Earlier I was able to access widget without opening app after upgrading to ios 18 widget disappeared and not able to use it. So need to create a shortcut instead but it routes though siri and take 2-3 to process the request. Need widget back
It seems the app forgets the login credentials and therefore access to all devices is lost!! When one attempts to create account with same email ID as when the account was created, the app responds by saying that account already exists But all devices previously added do not show up. Adding devices then does not work!!
While using a device with power on and power off timer there is a problem If power failure The power on state having 3 options only On Off And last state So in the timer duration power fails and after timer duration power comes the device is on or off or last satate This is okay if the power comes within timer duration But power gone and timer end then power comes here is the problem this 3 state of power option is not applicable Please solve this Thanks and regards
For operating one device it takes about one minute.In the time of emergency manual control is better than ewelink app. Please rectify that
Why sonoff switch keeps turn on and off for last 5-6 days ?? I use 5-6 sonoff switches and one of them keeps making sound of switch turn in and off in seconds. Inleep hearing the sounds of clicks the sonoff makes while turning on/off for last 5 days and its irritating. I can not turn them all off manually everyday. Why would i buy them in first place if i had to do manual switching?? Also no new updates i see on app, i downloaded latest verison on app yesterday and checked all possible options but nothing happened. DO HELP ME. ELSE I WILL HAVE TI REMOVE ALL SONOFFS AND THROW THEM AWAY!
The app used to work fine until last year. Now with the exact same switches and WiFi network using the exact same phone it refuses to pair new devices, it basically means every single Sonoff device I own is useless as I had to repair them all recently and can’t, so they’re all trash.
When I try to add sonoff basic, at the wifi connection step, I’m not able to choose the current wifi name. When I try to click on the arrow next to wifi setting, it redirects to phone’s wifi setting screen and back but the wifi ssid is not selected. Please fix it asap

I cannot see any option/ configuration of DualR3 after the recent upgrades. It just letting me select mode of operation. That’s all. Nothing else like scheduling, viewing power consumption etc.
