Amazing piece of kit, don’t have to get ripped off by Leslie’s anymore.

Disappointed for the money

The text I purchased do not appear even after following guides. The connection to the device is pretty finicky

Works Great - Until It Doesn’t

Sometimes the “results” data goes missing for 10 or so minutes. Today I tried to access the Store to check out more algorithms, and it just refuses to show them.

This device is very helpful with my pool issues. The staff is always very helpful and responsive with any questions.

Overall happy with product

Overall good product. App is easy to use. I do wish some of the parameters would give an actual reading rather then “LO” or “HIGH” so I know how far off I am. Example: Calcium “LO”, I want to know how low. I also don’t like that each individual test on the app costs $. Example: nitrite strips cost $12, but to download the test, it was an additional $5 to download. That was disappointing. I did purchase the “marine bundle tests” to download, that was $25. Didn’t include nitrite which is critical when cycling a tank.

Best Tester In business for Marine Aquariums AAA+++

I have used many Marine Testers, however I will say that Exact iDip has been the best in class and accuracy thusfar for me. I would definitely recommend this is your want the ease and know that you have accurate results, then don’t look any further and get yourself this Exact iDip Marine tester. BEST INVESTMENT HANDS DOWN 🙌🙌🙌🙌

SPA Testing made Easier

Just got one of these for Christmas and it has really made my chemical testing life easier. The only reason I didn’t rate it as 5 is because I have to enter the customer name each time before I use it and then have to enter a site before I can save the results. I’m sure there are other users like me that only use it on their own hot tub. It would sure be nice to have the option added to set the customer and site just once for us. Others that use it for multiple customers/sites could still use it w/o setting that option

Works as advertised!!!

This piece of equipment is worth every penny and more! I never have any second guessing with this by my side to assist me in maintaining my saltwater aquarium system! Every test result gives me confidence that it is letting me know what steps I need to take next with an exact plan because the results are so precise! I highly recommend any level of aquarist to have this test set on hand to make a clear path on how to go about one of the most difficult and expensive hobbies if you don’t have something like this to help!

Expected More, Not For Businesses

I have used the Exact Micro 20 now for years. My data is stored in spreadsheets and I thought Bluetooth and the app would streamline data entries. What I quickly found out is the app is completely designed for the cheaper iDip device and not the dual range commercial device that already has every test possible loaded. I can only hope another company creates an app to interface with the Exact Micro 20 for business use to streamline data transfers and functionality.
