Exchange taxi application new

The app will not let you type the location you need to go. At least for my iPhone SE. This function may work on more advanced phones but please fix this so all users can catch rides to their actual destinations and not the suggested ones.

Every time I try to register for this app, the authorization code never comes.

Cab drivers are unwilling to go to parts of the base they don’t want to go to. Rotational unit who have no cars are in difficult situations when they depend on cab drivers for rides and cabs are unwilling to take rides/calls from undesirable locations. I can’t give them 1 star because it is still really cheap/affordable and when you do get a cab they’re polite

Creating a profile only works with Korean number. I tried multiple ways to input the number. The method that works is typing 010-XXXX-XXXX! Do not include the country code (+82) and include the (0) in front of (10-). Hopefully this helps others!

It doesn’t work

I like the app, for whoever saying they aren’t receiving a code! I didn’t know this at first but when typing a korean number (10), you have to put a 0 in front for Korean # to korean # (010)! I hope this helps everyone who is struggling!

During registration it asks for a authorization code that never gets sent. How can I use the app if it won't let me sign up.

App works great for getting a taxi to my location and then getting me to where i need to be. It is understandable that there can be delays sometimes, as the there is a population of about 26,000 that tries to utilize this service, and the local government is having issues with providing additional support. Taxi drivers do not grow on trees.

Everytime I attempt to make an account it asks for a confirmation number that never arrives. Fix this ASAP.

This app is pushed at in-processing but it does not work. I registered multiple times with my US numbers, Korean numbers, and for fun, my Google Voice numbers. Still no authentication code. Interesting that the app has not been updated in two years.
