Came to this product with great anticipation. Marketing images and copy were spot on. I bought "all in". Site is a mess, log on fails constantly by timing out; support access is nowhere to be found; no way to contact them to shut down Trial Period or get help. That's right. Once I set up account, spent half an hour working on terminating the Trial and there was no way to contact support. If anyone can recommend a great CRM for 10 person sales team, please send me a smoke signal because this is not it. JS

I am waiting for The total release of the web version, because somes problems remain in the IOS version App. The Oportunities Module never work for me, deleite and reinstall the app and the Bugs remains. I Cant find the way to link a oportunity With a efective sale !! Pelase work harder to fix This !!! SalesBoxCRM is the Best CRM cloud Service Ever test in years!!!
