Unfulfilled request
I have been asking you by email to change the structure of my rooms no is replying!!! The toll fee number from lebanon does not work!!! 2 customers have booked couple rate room and showed with 5 persons!!! For God sake can you fix this problem so I can promote my place? Difficult to use and +++
It times out on you and disconnects you more than any other App. Truly frustrating to use.

Hotel has been improved lot with cleanliness and great customer service…. I enjoyed my stay will definitely come back.

Why did you change the app!! It’s such a pain in the butt to use now! It was easy before - now it’s hard and ridiculous to navigate. I absolutely hate it

Message is faulty
Messaging guest through the app has always been challenging. It never seems to work properly. It’s frustrating when you have to communicate with guests.
Horrible and difficult to use
Horrible and difficult to use, for the commissions that we pay Expedia it seems like they would take more effort and make this app truly usable by hotels.
