Worst app ever. Nightmare. I have booked a villa in phuket 2 months advance only to find out it cancelled when I arrived in Phuket. I again booked another villa which send me location and everything, unfortunately, when I went to the villa, they said it’s fully booked. Don’t believe this app. Now I have no place to stay during busiest time of the year and out of 5000+ AUD.
Pathetic how the company can deduct money from my account even though the booking was not confirmed
It's fine on the website but finding accommodation in a specific area is nigh on impossible in the app. The map view only ever loads the top three results. Surely this is a glitch? I wondered if there was something in my settings but I can't find anything, nor would it make sense to have a default search setting that only lets a user see three options. And I can't even narrow my search to get a more appropriate top three; I want to stay in Carlton/Fitzroy, but the top three options that come up are always down by Southern Cross Station and around the river, even if I choose North Carlton or North Fitzroy as my destination. If I'm travelling to North Fitzroy, how is a hotel in Southbank a top three option? And filtering is no help, because a lot of the Area and Popular Location options just don't show up in the filter list. I tried selecting University of Melbourne, but it errored out, and when I tried again, that option wasn't there. Expedia definitely does have accommodation available in the area I'm after, it's just impossible to find using the app alone. To use the app, you effectively need to search the website first and save your accommodation or package favourites, then find your saves in the app later. And I am not sure you can see the app specials if you save on the web first anyway. So until they fix the search mechanism, in particular the map view, the app is basically redundant.
We booked a flight from Okinawa to Tokyo and although we got some email communication, there were only ‘Confirmation Numbers’ and we weren’t given any information essential for us to check in online. PLEASE FIX THIS, whether it is an issue on your end or the AirTrip agency that Japan flights are booked through. Anyone having this problem, you just need to go to the airport early with your passport.
Don’t provide detailed info regarding baggage allowance. They always try to deflect the blame to airlines
Waiting over 2 months for refund which they said was approved and coming. Still have received money and they block out chat !!! Never use Expedia and Viator again.
Keeps having the same error. “Sorry we’re having a problem on our end” It’s frustrating, it keeps happening on website and app, from different browsers and devices

Big room, linens were not clean and also towels they were too small. TV not many channels can't listen to local news.
