The process is very simple until you get to the biometrics says place your phone onto the passport and don’t move until scan complete and yet also says move slowly over passport neither work so tech fails again

The button to start the scan is off the bottom of the screen. No scroll bar.

First it asked me to repeat the same words several times during the liveliness check (even though I verified that my pronunciation was correct) and then it took me about a dozen attempts to scan a biometric chip in my passport. Instructions for the latter are very vague and don’t work. Chip scanning only worked when I placed the phone directly on top of the chip with the passport open (without moving the phone).

The NFC read data green bar is not appearing in the app so my application is delayed.

This is very easy system to update the data.

Really surprised with the app. Really good. Joys of technology

Privacy infringement in an app. Invasive and obtrusive. It almost made me rethink accepting the job!

Scanning feature is a nightmare. Will be advising my employer to stop using this service
