Supporting Apple ID and/or Apple Pay would be a great improvement. When you’re in Grafton, with dodgy internet access, the last thing you want to do is muck around with emails and passwords. Guest charging with Apple Pay would be excellent. Failing that, Apple ID would also help.

Easy to use App. Simple interface and instructions. The map allows you to see all the charging stations around you and shows charging type/rate.

Fantastic app, Easy to find charging stations with real time availability updates. Navigation integration works perfectly. Highly recommend!

Constantly gives spam and promo notifications even with promo setting turned off

Extremely difficult to use and navigate. Once you have found your charging station from a very clustered map UI, the charging station stats are not fed through in real time. All the chargers are unresponsive. The worst charging app on the market.

Unfortunately the experience has been dismal, it disconnected after only 8kwh and I could not continue, even though it was advertised as $20 flat rate per charging session. Requested refund through Help, was not helpful at all and tried to pass it on to the building manager. You'd be better off to go to Tesla Supercharger nearby in Albury.
