Express Plus Centrelink

Can’t even sign into the app. I press start, agree to terms, then it takes me to the desktop site and I can sign in. There is no option How did you break the app even more than it was I need to get on Useless ******* app

Ever since the last update of the app I now can not login or transfer from the app to online services! Horrible mind numbing work to figure it out.

App wont log in on iPhone but it will log in on iPad. I’ve tried to set safari settings the same but it’s still refusing to load login pad on iPhone.

I’m extremely frustrated with the Centrelink app. It doesn't even load! In a world where we’re supposed to have ‘advanced technology’. This so-called support tool is a pathetic failure, especially for a service run by our own Government. It's disappointing that an agency meant to help us is instead making things harder. It's time those in charge get their act together! And provide the reliable support we deserve! Mark my words, the Australian people will not endure this much longer.

In the past few months, every single time I go to log in I get some type of error code. I go through all the suggested steps to no avail then randomly it will work. It is not consistent and for people who are not technology adept will give up and then sit for hours on the phone to get help. Apps are meant to make life easier not harder.

App will not work using your email address not sure why so if u don't know your username find out what your username is and use that instead of your email then use your password and u will get a security code sent to your mobile type it in and you're in, please not that when signing in this way on MyGov app u will get into Medicare no problem but for some reason Centrelink will not load I get this little rotating circle and it stays there forever!!! However on the Centrelink app it will work but only if u use your username not your email address I don't know why but an error message will appear if u try to use your email instead of your username 🤔🤷‍♂️

I have been using this app ever since it was recommended to me ever since I continued to keep working at my job and it has been my quick and easy way to complete my fortnightly report during the due date. Now, this year I am beginning to use it less most notably when I try to make a report on the app whenever I need to press “add pay” or “add hours” it will never permit me to do so. It will never respond. It just does nothing. The Centrelink app feels the need to update itself but somehow the people responsible for this app can’t be even bothered to fix this problem. If this keeps happening to me or anyone else who uses this product then I say it is pointless to use this app. I have good run with this but after running into this problem that has not fixed. It is no use to me. Everyone is better off using the myGov on the internet than on the app.

Terrible app that makes you go round and round in circles. You go from one page to another to another to another and eventually end up at the same section. Any time a form is submitted it is rejected for one reason or another. Would recommend making the app more user friendly with simple pathways and end points not just links to another page over and over
