When it comes to releases they say the release will drop at 10am EST but it is a big delay. It usually takes up to 3 - 4 hours before it actually releases. And it never send notifications to tell you the shoe dropped

Decent app, usually will re stock and let you know ASAP on new releases. But I received a majority white Jordan 6 and it had yellowish spots on one of the toe boxes and the same substance on one of the laces. Try to tighten up the quality control imo

Over the past year I’ve bought and sold a lot of shoes as well as worn a lot of shoes (hundreds) and while I only randomly ordered from this store at first. It has now become my go to shop. While shipping is not free like some stores they more than make up for it with a fantastic selection that always has my size in stock (11.5/12 mens depending on maker) and the shipping has always been extremely quick. You will not regret shipping with this store and they really should get much much more credit than they already do!

App keep closing me out instant random moment,can’t even window shop without getting kick out! Annoying trying to buy something exclusive and app just force close on you.

I have sat here for 30 minutes simply trying too test out how quick i can checkout a item because im excited for the happy gilmore drop tomorrow but i cant even add a card or anything too my cart without a issue. I add a item too my cart makes me prove i am not a robot and then claims there is no item in my cart. Went on safari too their web page an had no issues. Faulty app.

In the app, once you fill out your basic info, you cannot hit the “next” button to continue on to the next stage of entering the raffle. The reason is that the next button is not visible. You can pinch and shrink the screen and see it but it goes right back off the bottom of the screen and cannot be clicked. If you try to enter on the website you can’t even get to this step. It shows the page doesn’t exist with the stupid “where’s the page Lebowski” thing. Where are your developers. Fix your draw pop-up where you can actually enter into them. The app is a joke. While you’re using it, you get pop-ups to download the new app, which you are already using. One of the worst working apps I’ve ever experienced. I would give 0 stars if possible.
