Intended primarily for nomads (salespeople, work supervisors, technicians) this application allows you to display:
• appointments for the current day, next day, previous day, or any other day,
• geolocated on a map,
• as well as all additional information, such as the travel duration to get there
• or the customer's phone number and email to contact them directly.
• For after-sales or service type appointments, you can consult the pre-diagnosis form.
You can also use any navigation application installed on your phone or tablet (Maps, Google Maps, Waze, Navigon, TomTom) to navigate you to your appointment location.
Switch between appointments with just one gesture!
You can enter your appointment notes, and for after-sales or service type appointments, you can fill out the form, enter the intervention report and have it signed by the technician and the customer. And all of this can even be done offline.
Notify your client by SMS or email of your arrival time with the "I'm leaving..." button.
Send your photos directly to the client's document holder, even offline. You can edit them and include the GPS coordinates of your location. You can choose to send them in low resolution for faster transmission and to save space.
Enter the time spent for after-sales service, service and planning task type appointments, as well as the travel time for after-sales service appointments.
Update the GPS coordinates of a customer's address with your location when they are incorrect, such as if your job site is in a new subdivision.
Generate PDF reports for your meetings with photos and captions.
Use the Shortcuts application to access your appointments for the day.
If you are a professional subject to the European regulation F-GAS 517-2014 CE, activate the C'Fluide module to generate the regulatory documents and send them directly to the customer's document holder concerned.

Avoir plus de visibilité quand on a plusieurs interventions chez le même client. Pouvoir valider l’heure d’arriver et l’heure de départ pour justifier le temps passé chez le client avant signature des deux parties Idéalement et là ce serait une grande avancée, pour utiliser extrabat today hors connexion et pouvoir intégrer la pièce commerciale BL ou Commande avec la possibilité de sélectionner les pièces en stock. La société Infovab via Sav+ l’a créé depuis de nombreuses années. Vous avez l’avantage d avoir une mise en œuvre de communication plus simple au niveau hardware et une compatibilité iPad ou Windows. 🤗

Le GPS ne suis pas l’adresse chantier, il mets l’adresse du client , la position des radars serait un plus

Extrabat
Super logiciel. Sauf que j'aimerais bien pouvoir y ajouter des rendez-vous sans passer par le site internet. Un agenda qui prend en compte les clients tout comme extrabt today. Sinon je suis obligé de prendre rdv sur mon agenda... De tout remettre sur extrabat en passant par internet... ''quand j'ai du réseau'' et par téléphone c'est pas évident. Du coup on perd du temps avec ça.

Chronomètre intervention
Pourquoi ne pas avoir un bouton début d’intervention et fin d’intervention ce qui permettrait de remplir automatiquement la durée d’intervention sur le rapport avec également un bouton pause déjeuner
