I have an active subscription I already paid for. But the app doesn’t allow me to watch any content and keep asking me to buy a subscription! Emailed customer service, no response.

The application always throws stupid errors or disconnects and keep closing itself. Also the website forces you to use the application. It is very disappointing that you could not use something you paid for.

I have subscribed but it is not working on my iPad can you guys please fix it.

I downloaded and very idiotically paid 1 year subscribtion and tried to add sport package (that was only reason to download this app) It never accept sport package payment ,I tried 10 times and couldnt activate it.Contacted to support noone answered,Then 2 days later again contacted no answer again! Last time I contacted and said cancel my package and refund the money no answer again.Contacted to my bank and reported as scam to get my money back.Hopefully will get my money back if not will check another legal way to get my money back!No way leaving my £100 to this scammers!

For the little contents that the App have way too expensive even more expensive than Netflix do not bother to install it , I am pretty sure you will have to delete it afterwards. The membership should be in between £1-£2 no more than that. It is ridiculous to have £5.99-£9.99 subscription fee in Turkey you can subscribe to one tenth of these prices. Can you please explain how do you justify these prices how come you are more expensive than Netflix. The owner Acun should lost his mind to let this happen. He probably employed some clowns and they turned the platform in to a Circus. Shame to all.!!!!

You’ve only got few movies for kids, my dad purchased this for Hasan Can. You need improvement guys.

Uygulamayi indirdim, ilk ekranda sign in var sing up yok. Tmm niyetlendim geldim parasi neyse verecegim urune kayit olamiyoruz. Ee ben de naptim siliyorum uygulamayi. Tebrikler arkadaslar bir kullaniciyi kzanmadan kaybettiniz. Ha eger ki bekliyorsaniz sitenize girip kayit olacagim hayir olmayacagim. Uygulamayi indirdikten sonra her seyi buradan yapmayi tercih ederim. Cok merak ettim bu uygulamayi yapanin bir urun yoneticisi, bir UX tasarimcisi, bir denetleyeni yok muydu markete koymadan once.
