App not working log in and all it does is buffer

Absolute waste of time, keep going round in circles to update and doesn’t work. Useless.

Can believe Ernst & Young an international accountancy firm can commission such a bad app. When you do get in, past “this page no longer exists” or “password not recognised”, even when you’re using the correct one, what you get is your documents covered over by the “circle of death’, absolute garbage. I know nobody read these reviews, but we live in hope. My advice is dump your app developer and your service provider, and save your reputation EY.

Can’t even work it makes me frustrated while I really want to check my payslip I don’t know why they even make this app.

After the update can’t access my account keeps saying loading data absolutely a shambles.

App keeps crashing just showing a loading symbol when you log in and can’t actually access my payslips. I have not had a straightforward positive with this app once

Since this app was updated to it’s current version I cannot access my payslips. I can login but once I’m in I’m unable to do anything else, the loading circle spins without being able to select anything.

Logging in does not gives access

I along with a few of my work colleagues are unable to access my account via the app, fortunately the only way I can get to see my payslips is via the email link you send, what is the point of an app that doesn’t work and looking at your ratings I’m not the only one having issues. Sort it out please
