Eye Relax: Exercise eyesight

EyeRelax is a portable way of keeping your eyes exercised and relaxed while working from compter screens and doing other close work. It lets your eyes naturally take care of themselves.

I was using the blink ex, but instructions were not specific in what to do.

So far it’s Easy to do

This app has a nice, clear platform that serves its purpose well. I take a break here and there, sometimes 2x a day, sometimes 1- even if I forget a few days, at this point, my eye strain has gone down significantly.

I like the variety of exercise suggestions. Would love to see a more detailed log of past exercises. I upgraded for the added feature of being able to customize session length-- I assumed this meant I could choose any duration of time, including the choice to do "micro" sessions (sometimes I just want a quick 30-second eye exercise) however it does not offer the option to customize your session for anything less than the standard 1 minute). I like that Heathkit integration is offered but would rather have eye relaxation exercises count toward "Mindful Minutes" (it doesn't make sense to me to log it as a "Workout").

This is a great app and I am using during the day to give my eyes a little break. It guides user through a series of exercises and has a timer for each. Helps manage eye fatigue for those spending many hours in front of the computer screens. Kudos to developers!

Easy to use and does the job! This is great, and if you want you can buy the exercises that cost an additional $.99 !!! They can help everyone with keeping their eyes in shape!
