Chatted with eyezy customer support and they said I need the Ultimate plan through the website which is $50/month. Told him to pack sand… Look elsewhere unless you’re looking for just a tracker…

I bought this thinking and told that it works with iPhones . After being charged over $150 or more I download it on both phones and literally the only feature that worked was location nothing else . I couldn’t monitor anything like I was told I could . So I paid for a location sharing app for $150 when I can just look on find my iPhone for free. When I asked for a refund several times they told me that wasn’t possible and I needed to talk to an assistant at an appointment. And act like I was the dumb one for buying the app. DO NOT GET
