I can take pictures and videos, but it does not look like advertised and doesn’t give the option to live stream

Please fix and update this app so we can use our products we paid for. Don’t bother getting this until it’s fixed. Get with the program or take it down

I’ve connected my phone to my camera’s wifi multiple times and it still won’t show its connected through the app. I tried leaving feedback in the app with my email because there’s no customer support email anywhere, but even that wouldn’t let me submit the feedback. Useless unless this bug is fixed

App Probably needs replaced. Wouldn’t connect to a brand new fitfort 4k. Also forced to allow location or it won’t proceed. Never connects even though phone is on the camera wifi

Good thing I bought this h9r camera. Connect to wifi fine but the app doesn’t work and doesn’t recognize the camera is connected to the phone via wifi. What rubbish please avoid this trash product.

Used to work years ago, now it won’t connect to my phone. Says to connect to phone using wifi, but the option isn’t even available when I go to my phone’s settings. Also requiring to access my location. Why? Complete trash app, may as well toss the camera as no other app will work with it.

I connected the WiFi from camera to phone, but when I pressed the connect button, it said connection error. Needs fixing and better management.

The WiFi part of the camera is very confusing when I try to join my cameras WiFi it asked for a password but I was never given a password for the WiFi so I’m not sure we’re to get it.

Every time I try to connect it doesn’t work it says connect to the WiFi and it doesn’t work

Can’t connect to camera anymore. Haven’t tried in years but when iPhone connects to camera’s wifi, the app continues to ask for you to connect to camera’s wifi.
