I like the app over in comparison to the previous app my organisation used, but one thing I hate is the unavailability I feel this has been made to be more complicated than it needs to be and is very confusing. Not only confusing to myself as a supporter worker but my organisation seem to get confused by this also

This App is quite unreliable, needs good mobile reception and fails to update properly. I currently have a blank page which is useless Needs bug fixes urgently

Excellent app for support workers who are out and about to provide support to participants. You can clock in, clock out, add care notes and report incidents. You can also upload your compliance documents, which are verified by admins. You can also submit your timesheets, which is pretty good as you don’t have to submit any paper timesheets. It also has the feature of News Feed, where you get company news time to time. It also has knowledge base and message board to keep the communication of business within the app. Pretty good and helpful. Saves lots of paper work. Go for it. Highly recommended. Cheers.
