App kept crashing even though I’m using the latest iOS with iPhone 15 and latest application version. UI/UX not user friendly, difficult to navigate within the application. When navigated to certain pages the app would hang. When I tried to open the app 21st Dec 2024, it just kept loading on the main page and crashed itself. Tried 10 times already still the same even though using latest app version. My honest inputs: how would application with such low quality be released? Did the QA do their job? How did this pass the tech lead??
