once again the app doesn’t work….. just logs in and automatically backs you out.. this is literally ridiculous. How are we supposed to pay for childcare and update any information without the app working correctly.

This app is beyond horrible. Just to log in is a headache.

App is great - has all of the convenience available in a cell phone app - I can register and make payments easily

This would be amazing if it worked.

I can check my balance and add money. Never had a problem with it. Very convenient.

This was launched only in 2023 and is of horrible quality. The setup process is a nightmare and the account features are insufficient, it is a cheapo crap thing that would not survive if parents would have a say. School districts are probably bribed or “incentivized” so the company can evolve the software. Stay away!

I scan the QR code and it doesn’t display anything. I tried to enter the location manually and it does work either. I deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing happens.
