Scheduling a task is inoperative
I have two devices at separate locations. My first device was purchased three years ago and worked flawlessly. My second device I’ve had eight months. The second device has never worked properly, and now the first device is having the same issues. My newer device and my older device will not save a schedule. The saving function is intermittent. When it does save the schedule is deleted prior to the scheduled day. The manual reset feature is the only function that works.
