I have my camera for a while and I love it but this app is driving me crazy. It takes forever to load even when I have full bars on my phone and so does the camera (it's right next to my wifi router). Sometimes the app just freezes and I have to reset it bunch of times till it runs smoothly (for a while). But God forbid if I want to move with the camera. With each movement the app freezes and I have to reset. And again and again. It would be lovely to fix at least some of these problems. I'm considering buying another of CP camera for my yard but the app is the only thing why I still hesitate.

8x playback will be much more convenient

Whenever camera restart it’s position is out of focus. You need to fix this its should be always remain in it’s position until we change it

Update not showing and device sharing option not available Plz give update

Everything is good with this company and it’s product, only problem being whenever I open the app the only problem first u see is the banner offering cloud recording. It’s too irritating, every time need to close it first and then click on other functions, since the app is designed in that manner.

Security glitch in app please fix asap we are seeing someelse house trust broken with cp plus

Lot of glitches 1) Notifications stopped - hardly getting any these days 2) Can’t view photo from app even if I click view it won’t open Feel like pushing for cloud subscription for support
