Bad service
It took 3 days to send money to my country, and it's still not finished now. I feel disappointed and insecure about this service.
Delay
It took 3 days to transfer $40 from Australia to Vietnam, this transaction hasnt completed tho, it can be even more 3 days😂😂

Yes, definitely! 5 stars and more! My friend introduced Ezyremit to me, and I love it so much! They always gave me a very good rate compared to the other companies, the fee was the cheapest that I have ever found. Especially, the customer service is amazing. To be honest, this is my first time received an excellent service like that while I made a terrible mistakes. Eg I typed the wrong transaction, i sent the wrong money. However, the legit team were always there and they were very patient, good at knowledge with a quick support. Finally, all of my money was sent successfully to my family. I feel very happy simply because I could avoid all of the trouble thanks to them. Highly recommend
Bad UI/UX, delay payment and no answer
The app design is not friendly to use. The payment deadline was delayed and the complain hasn’t been handled properly.
