I have paid to upgrade in September but my application is stuck on basic. Every point on contact with company does not work. ??? Still not received a response from the company.

Formerly Lookout Mobile Security I have used for a few years now and can honestly say it is way up among the best, most reliable and most cost effective there is! Well done to F-Secure for providing excellent piece of mind.

I’ve subscribed to the full version for a year but I didn’t believe it to be value for the money. My McAfee antivirus does much of what this app does and my iCloud account with “FindMy” can locate all my hardware. Having a backup device locator is always a good idea and I would recommend it to anyone else.

On the Security tab on my iPad it looks like it’s continually trying to load, whereas on my iPhone it says it’s active. Emailed support who suggested deleting the app & reload it, which I did without success. They were escalating it to their Advanced Support Team, this was six days ago, haven’t heard anything from them.
