I really like the premise of this app and think it is great for higher level, functional tasks. I would like to ask for one correction/change. With the medication management task, the use of the word “dinner” is ambiguous, as it can mean lunch or supper. Dinner, per the dictionary, means “the main meal of the day, taken either around midday or in the evening.” Many of our older folks consider lunchtime to be dinner. Thank you!
Not only is this unique in the functional tasks it assesses, but the report is clear, easy to read and correlates the cognitive domains associated with each task which may be affected. I would love to be able to pause the test or administer specific sub tests, though I realize that it might impact the validity of the results.
I love this app for the Home Health population, but I wish there was a way to give portions of it as subtests, instead of the whole thing. Sometimes its a bit long to get through everything. Lots a great information though.
This is great for adult outpatient clinic or SNF for SLPs to assess cognition
