i can't use the application, there is an issue when i enter the app, it doesn't work and appear (Something Went Wrong We encountered an issue proccessing your request. Please try again. ) the app is very good and useful but please try to solve my problem , i sent an email but no one answered me

App crashes, won’t load photos correctly. I’m not willing to put forth the effort to troubleshoot. The app should work every time if a fee is collected.
