I signed up for the free trial but it will not allow me to cancel subscription

— Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of your purchase and upon commencement of each renewal term. Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription. You can cancel your subscription or free trial in the iTunes settings at least 24-hours before the end of the free trial period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period and you will be downgraded to the free service.
— Please note: any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period.
— You can manage your subscription directly from your iPhone. Cancel the auto-renewal from the Account Settings:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage

I downloaded the app. Took on free trial. I deleted the app within minutes and cancelled subscription as it wasn’t what I wanted but still they took the money and won’t refund me

Nothing Works
Don’t waste your money, download today to make a birthday card. Only been able to upload one photo, which on swapping stops at 94% and doesn’t complete. No other pictures upload tried multiple and at good quality. Waste of £7 😡

I bought this app seen ratings and reviews got me excited it is fun for sure but for the past two days the app has been playing about crashing out I’ve contacted the support team and as of yet no response I’ve paid for a app that ain’t working absolutely disappointed fix this problem asap
