Very slow App a

اشتريت بالف وزياده واعطوني بطاقات هدايا وماكانت باينة الشروط من البدايه ولمن جيت اشتري فيها صارت محدوده جدا ومطبقه على براند معين فقط !! طيب ليش ماتوضحون الشروط من البدايه ؟؟ غير ضياع الشحنات والتاخير

The worst

My product was open when I recieved it and it is mascara something that I have to put on my eyes. Plus they didn’t send me a gift with purchase that I was entitled for. Costumer service non existent. Don’t buy from them.
