Factor_ Prepared Meal Delivery

The app is hard to figure out. It should be more clear on how to order meals. We should also get a reminder when it’s time to order meals! I keep missing the cutoff - which is the next day after your meals are delivered - which is the last thing I’m thinking about when I have a fridge full of meals. Just give us a heads up and make the app more clear.

Every meal I have has given me intense cramping and ultimately led me to spending 30+ minutes on the toilet. Don't get me wrong, the meals taste good for the most part, but each has like 50+ grams of fat in a 500 calorie meal. They have been wreaking havoc on my digestive system and for that reason alone, I have cancelled my meal plan.

Be careful if you miss your deliveries and ask for an account cancellation they will still charge you. You have to make sure yourself and cancel it through their website, their app does not have the option to do it yourself.

I started factor 3 weeks before my surgery and really liked the Neals and that I can customize what I get each week before. The Neal’s are all very good and healthy Everything tastes great and is always fresh. I reccomend this meal plan to everyone surgery or not it is fast easy and convenient. Give it a try

So many of the meals are restaurant quality! I have never received a meal I didn’t like and there are SO many options. It’s so easy to prepare. It’s healthy and affordable. It costs less than fast food! Costs less than my old grocery bill. And I love the add on ginger shot that gets included. Lovely bonus. I am a huge fan and will be a long term customer. It’s perfect for lunch! Yummy, healthy, FRESH food in 2 minutes!

Had moved to a new city tried to get these shipped to me since I’m far from the closest grocery store not only did I get my first order charged but it was sent to a whole different city I was never refunded and had to wait a whole week for another box not even two orders later I’m locked out of my bank account due to them trying to charge my card several different times I canceled right after that and now was just charged for a box that I never wanted due to my account being canceled about a week to this day food was good macros and everything where fine but the delivery and billing department are really sad

I’ve tried both Hello Fresh and Blue Apron meals. The time I save from not having to cook these meals is very conducive with my schedule. The taste and quality of food you get here is 10X better than any store bought freezer meals I’ve found. Just heat them up, salt and pepper to taste, and you’re done. As a mechanic who ate out for lunch most days cuz it was easy, these have saved me hundreds, and prolly a few pounds as well.

I just received my first box of Factor. It is stuffed with packaging materials that can NOT be recycled. Literally a full box of materials that will end up in a landfill. They are sending these boxes to 100,000s of customers every week. This is NOT acceptable. If you care about the environment, sign ip for another food delivery service.

The convenience coupled with the fabulous taste can’t be beat. I love to cook but during a busy work week I was relying on unhealthy fast food way to much. Factor is far healthier tastier and much more economic.
