I don’t fk steal your plastic bags. Don’t treat your customers like thief. Make sure your stp self check out can detect plastic bags too. Make sure your stp self check out don’t wrongly say unexpected item detected every single time.

Ordered some steak and the packaging don’t come with a styrofoam box with ice to keep meat fresh , came in a plastic bag and spoiled the meat

I am stucked trying to log in though I re installed the app for more than 20 times. The app is simply stucked at the trying to connect to ntuc.com.sg and it is agonising.

Can’t login, app just hang . 2nd time it occurred to me. 1st time was a few months ago. Help desk staff told me my particulars were not captured in the system. Huh??? Then how come I can login and manage to make purchases before the issue??? Told me to delete the app and restart again. Followed his “genius” advice but still no luck. Out of desperation called up help desk again to highlight my misery and this time they managed to fix it and emailed me to try again; matter was solved until a few days ago the same issue of failure to login happened again. Tried using chat bot but it was completely and utterly useless. Sent an email for help but no one responded. Waited for a few days until someone from IT then emailed me back wanting to know “more” about my issue but then he neither responded back or acknowledged receiving my reply. Waited for a few days before calling and talking to a customer service person to complain about my issue and the poor response from the IT guy. This lady assured me she will follow up and “escalate” the issues to the IT department . To date after one week, no one either call or email me. I have the name and email receipt of the so-called IT guy if FairPrice is interested.

Appreciate the feature to amend delivery address without need to call hotline or fill form. You can still set the 24h requirement such that the ‘edit’ button is grey out if under or 48h as buffer for delivery zone differences.

When I 1st used this app, it was so easy, fast in paying up at FairPrice store. Now, it is a useless and hopeless app that holds up the queue because it is channelled to NTUC link for verification. With every update, I hv problem logging in and it’s so time consuming enabling successful login. FairPrice updates are horrible and never user-friendly where login is concerned. While security is important, the inconvenience outweighs it’s security aspect. What a let down using this app. Now, I buy less from NTUC. I buy more from other supermarkets where online payment at the cashier counter is a breeze.

This app if forget to close the app. It keeps using location in the background.

I just used this app for paying my food and in NTC shopping. Now my house has NTC, I'll never had to line up using cash again
