I love this game but when I change my new phone the save progress have missing. I have saved it every single time I play. Feeling very very sad as I have been playing this long time, all my rewards and the money I spend in this game is wasted.

I love the characters the events customizing my town
It’s a fun game and I really enjoy it. But the pop up ads are very annoying, and too constant. I get an ad every 1-2 minutes. And I can’t help but feel like the game is unintentionally trying to get me to purchase something.
Game keeps crashing. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. 0/10 poorly made

I’m not even going to play this game simply because your ads are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! You seriously depict Cinderella running from ball but instead of losing a glass slipper, she loses her underwear?!! At which point the prince picks it up and it has a green odor coming from it and the prince then sniffs the underwear and licks his lips!!!! What the heck is wrong with the people making these ads????? Seriously, get mental help! Games this are supposed to be meant for kids and you’re putting nastiness like that in the ads!!! And SHAME ON APPLE FOR LETTING THESE DEVELOPERS USE ADS LIKE THAT!!!
Fun game that earns money on Eureka offers
I love this game but when I try to get three stars I can’t because it cost to much to upgrade the characters. There are not enough fairytales to cover all them
As I am playing the game, on the map there is a section of clouds that I am trying to unlock but I can’t. And obviously since I can’t report this problem to your support department, it only makes sense to write a review to try and resolve the issue.
