Not an user friendly app

App gets stuck very often

It is slow when you want to search for things, specially doctors. You should be able to save your doctors profiles so you can go directly and book appointments without having to do the search all over again. You cannot see ultrasound images which is annoying, other hospitals you access to them and it’s great specially for expecting mothers. You cannot save your profile details without a middle name, I don’t have one and the app doesn’t let me save my details as it should and I have to fill it with random characters which is a problem at the hospital. Other than that the app works good.

App hardly ever updates, is also very glitchy

Complicated app. Difficult user interface.

After a visit on 25th of November 2022 for my 1.5 years daughter. The doctor gave wrong instructions, was not able to identify the issue, and was not even able to upload the documents (test results) on the system to understand how bad the consultation was. This unfortunate event caused her situation to develop further, fortunately, we did not trust FUH and found an adequate alternative. Be careful of this commercial hospital! We will take action!

I like being able to view the timeline of my hospital interaction in the application
