Always using the app for the bus which is great help

Please be aware this app and tickets on it are not valid on the Megabus Falcon service from Plymouth to Bristol.

The plan your journey selection has disappeared and no matter what I do I can’t get it back have uninstalled and reinstalled

The journey planner in this app will make sure you’re late to wherever you need to go. The timings are powered by Google which has out of date timetables, and thus rendering this app near useless for journey planning.

Bought a return ticket, but couldn't use it on the way back as buses were full.

Only seems to work for Surrey, not able to change the county. Pointless

The tracking element of the app would be fantastic and super helpful if it didn’t malfunction so often. It will show the route on the map but will not show any buses. Please fix the app

If you are going to prompt me to turn on notifications for service updates every time I open the app, please at least *use* these updates. Too often the bus is extremely late or cancelled altogether, and I only find out by phoning the bus company.
