I downloaded the free version and have been very happy with the app. I want to upgrade to the premium version, but I fill out the form, provide my CC and nothing happens. I’ve tried to reach support and no response. Frustrated!
I used it for 2 years, however communication is extremely lacking as I can’t get ahold of anybody ever through any communication source they offer. I have tried to cancel my subscription as I no longer need it, however I can’t get anybody to talk to and there is nothing on the website or app to cancel.
This was a really good app for the last few years. Late last year when i went to do my twx reports I couldn’t log into my account, got some weird error code. Multiple tries were made to log on thru the app and the website. I was unable to get any of my tax records/receipts and reports. Worst of all, my credit card has been being charged the monthly fee !!!
I have been using this app since it was available and it is great! Keeps up with my mileage, hours labor, hotels and meals, job supplies, etc.
I used this app for the past year. Initially there were a lot of bugs to work out, it then worked well for a few months. Now everytime I try to log out or record an expense I get an error message which will not allow me to do anything. I have deleted the app and redownloaded getting the same message. Also the mileage tracker was shorting my trip on average 3 miles each trip compared to another gps.
Have had this app for 4 years. Started having issues with it saying I had used up my free uses. I have a paid subscription so no free uses. Support would tell me log out and log back in to fix. That worked for a while but then started getting “Json could not serialize”. Tried logging out like I’m always told to do, will not let me log out, just kept getting this message. I reached out asking support to fix it or cancel my subscription. I get a reply to my email that my subscription was cancelled. Very disappointed, I have recommended this to many on my Team and this is their support. I do t recommend tbis app at all. This is how long term Customers are treated.
My experience with this app was not great. Drove 80 miles and only recorded 5 miles running in the background. Not sure if running in the background is the issue or conflict with other apps like Uber/Lyft
Customer Service will not respond to ANY of my emails, I cannot reset my password because I never get the link, I cannot cancel my subscription because it says I don’t have one, but my bank statements and email receipts show that they are taking their payments. I can’t get ahold of anyone. And half the time my app doesn’t work. I would like to cancel my subscription and cut to thousands of dollars I now have lost because the app will not register any of my information…
I’ve tried to cancel the app on my phone. It will allow me to delete it but I cannot get them to quit charging me. I looked in their FAQ. I looked on their website. There’s no help anywhere. Thanks Falcon!
