Falcon Taxis Aylesbury

Took my money. Told me the taxi was booked. Waited around in the cold at midnight, then gave up and phoned to be told that sorry - they were fully booked. I could get a refund within 2-3 days. What a waste of time.

pre booked a taxi, 10mins late called and got the “we will be 8mins” called 15 mins later “we will be 45mins” had to wait on hold to have the taxi canceled to get my money back avoid

Pre booked and prepaid taxis do not turn up! When you complain you get a call centre that just repeats ‘your taxi has been allocated, it has not been dispatched’. Third time in a row left waiting on a freezing station.

Do not use local taxis/cabs that often but today cannot fault the service. Kept informed and updated on arrival, good driver and felt comfortable. Will use again. Thank you.

Always use app to book as its a great tool. However the new app is confusing and not as easy to use as the old version - both when booking and when trying to contact driver.

Taxi turned up late and without a child car seat previously supplied by ourselves We were left waiting for over two hours at the airport while a second taxi was supplied . No apology and Falcon taxis failed to acknowledge that it is illegal to carry young passengers in Cars without a child car seat. I shall be requested some form of compensation if possible John vecchio Tring

I always use Falcon Taxis as my local company. I like the option to book and prepay. 9/10 they arrive on time. Since the app update the app isn’t as easy to use. I have received a refund when I’ve cancelled the booking. Would recommend but hope they keep striving to provide a good customer service.

Waited 1h+ for a 6 mins ride supposed to arrive ~20mins. Called 3 times, each time lied about ETA, then downloaded app to see that the ride was never dispatched.

Only use this taxi service if you want to be kept waiting with promises that the driver is just 5 minutes away. Almost guaranteed that you’ll miss your train, flight, etc. Awful business practices.

If I could give 0 stars, I would do that! This is the worst taxi service ever! Going to Luton Airport (about a week ago) the driver has been late 20min - calling and asking where we are… saying he’s waiting in front of the house (which he was not because we’ve been waiting there) but even after explaining where he needs to go (even though they can see the location on the map!) the driver has been waiting somewhere else for 10min… Now, going back from the airport we’ve waited 40min (!!!). Called the office multiple times and been told to wait another 5min and another 5min… but the driver has been driving around Luton which you can clearly see because you can track the vehicle!!! And when leaving the airport he probably tried to leave without paying, calling assistance saying that he doesn’t have the £5 as coins but suddenly he found them like seconds later. Very unfriendly driver as well, just like btw…
