Completely lost my account even tho I have 26/47 achievements I’m not happy and I will definitely not be playing this game ever again

I’ve been playing the game for 12 years on and off . Had internet issues today and lost my farm. Contacted support and they want an arm and leg in information to recover my farm for me. I’m 73 and not computer savvy.My husband who passed last year always took care of my game problems. This is the only game I like and play. But now I guess I won’t be playing anymore. Really disappointed.

I really like this game. I just wish you would change it so we can expand it easier. I’m at the point where you have to have way to many landscape points I have 2019 and need 5700. Theirs no way I’m ever going to get that. Please change that. Other than that I really like the game. Thank you.

Like when you got to lv 9 or above the machine and tree were too pricy also events so although my event was done but then another world showed up from the white panio

2 days now that game loads and the turns off! Please help. I have all updates on my phone and love love this game. It’s my destrassor each night at the end of each day.

I’ve been playing the game almost since it came out, and it’s a fun little time waster. If you’re not concerned with advancing quickly, you don’t really need to buy anything either, and the ads are all voluntary to watch, which is really nice for a free to download game.

I’ve been playing your game for several years now. Not missing a day of signing in. I loved the game until recently…. It is becoming a money racket! I get on everyday and I try to do all the missions and have been really enjoying it, then came the $$$ Every new task requires, at some point, to need real cash to buy machines. I live on social security and don’t have big bucks, therefore I can’t buy these required machines. Can’t you make another option to buy these machines with coins? I have millions of coins. To get a lot of coins you gotta sell, sell, sell things it helps make friends through the game. This is all just an idea from a soon to be 70 year old lady that loves the idea of farming. Thank you for the chance to do so.

I’ve been playing this game for years now and I’ve noticed after level 60, the tasks have decreased to nothing. Is it my issue? Is something wrong with my farm? I no longer get any tasks, neither on my seaside farm nor on the island farm. How can I fix this? The only way I level up is by doing daily quests and random little things that require planting making certain foods which help with to increase points for leveling up. But I haven’t done a task in a year! How come?
