Apparently there were tons of problems in the past. But the game works just fine now. August 1, 2023.

Nothing happens when I open the app. Signed up for a new account, confirmed the email, but app doesn’t load when I open it; just a black screen. Disappointed!!!

I try to play the game, but I can’t even set it up

Literally one of the worst companion apps I’ve ever used. It’s not even about getting it onto the tv. It won’t even launch the 100 plus times I’ve tried. Such a disappointment

You cannot sign up for anything if it doesn't send you a confirmation email. Terrible.

whenever I put in my password which is correct it says it’s wrong like what?

Dumb game stupid I don’t like it really weird it’s not really interesting yeah he freezes as soon as it comes on

Download app on phone and screen mirror to tv. You guys aren’t tech savvy like you say you are if you can’t even figure that out.
