With Family First, you and your loved ones will be matched with an accredited Care Expert. Care Experts are licensed care managers and case workers with decades of experience solving complex caregiving challenges. Together, they work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of doctors, nurses, social workers, licensed counselors, and other professionals to ensure all aspects of your caregiving journey are accounted for.

Whether you’re struggling to care for your parents, having difficulties balancing caregiving and work, or managing a new diagnosis, our job begins with a phone or video call to understand the challenges facing your family, including the support you may need as a caregiver. Your Care Expert will then present solutions in the form of a Caregiving Blueprint, which is updated as circumstances change and new challenges arise.

Our Expert Caregiving Platform and mobile app gives you and your family direct access to your Care Expert and to your Care Blueprint, so help is never far away. Our app features the ability to store important documents, such as medication lists and health directives. Secure communication and collaboration tools allow you to track progress against your goals and ensure that everyone is on the same page.
