Love the game, you guys would make more money if everything in the store was half its price. Be more worth it to actually spend real money on fake currency. Idk why price it so high when you could make more on micro transactions. Only way I'd spend money on the game

This game is fun to play except for the constant crashing and having to redo everything you just spent time on doing. Please fix…!!!

I’m only rating this high so people can see it, do not place the portal for 10k. It will completely crash your game & make it unplayable. This has apparently been a problem for 4 WHOLE YEARS NOW & THEY HAVENT PATCHED IT OR REMOVED IT FROM GAME. I mean seriously how is a company fully aware of this & doesn’t care to fix it? Glad I waited to get the season pass because I would have hated to spend a dime on this game for it to end up completely useless holding up storage for no reason, other than to wait on a reply from support. Seriously.

Why does every item gathering quests require such a long wait period? I could understand 30 minutes but 8 HOURS!?!? you wait all day to get one quest achieved for very little reward. There could be potential for the game if they eased on the waiting times and cash-cow tendencies.

Would be nice if it would not constantly crash. And has anyone ever hit the jackpot on the wheel. Everyone I know that plays has never won.

Just a click- thru and no real gameplay. I guess you could entertain a small child with it but that’s all it’s worth. The value of this game is exactly what it costs.

I have had numerous issues with in game events and many ads leading to broken links. I have many many complaints and was simply brushed off and told the fault layed with me. It seems unless you sink money into the game there is zero desire to resolve any issues.

I love this game , I woould give 5 stars but it will not let me connect it to Facebook.

Just won’t connect? Is it discontinued?

Update - this is worse than I thought. Not only are there bugs and all support ever does is “reset your cache on their end” or “sends it to developers” and nothing gets done. Now that I have been playing since the beginning, I know a lot about the game. Now, they are replaying some of the “events.” But they change the event just enough that it will not let you win very much if anything. Very bad for the players. Old - I focus on the main game even during the mini games because it's impossible to win any mini games unless you use real money.
