This is great for both the patient and family members but also benefits the medical team. With patient satisfaction so low with the country’s healthcare system…. this helps patients family members to communicate with the healthcare team getting update to date information on their loved ones. This eliminated my stress for waiting for my daughter during surgery. I wish I had this when I was practicing as a nurse!!!

having access to patient updates gave me such peace of mind in the waiting room, no more wondering what’s going on for hours with this app!! every hospital should utilize this, thank you thank you!!

Helped when my wife in hospital

My uncle fell in New York and needed orthopedic surgery. I live in Minneapolis , but I felt as though I was so close to him. I received updates on his status before, during , and after surgery. So nice! Thank you x1000.
